How long does it normally take a small package to travel from Hong Kong to Pittsburgh, PA via HKPost & USPS?
I ordered a package from Deal Extreme (an electronics discounter), and it says it left Hong Kong on 9/4/09, but has no details on how long it will take to get to Pittsburgh. It's registered mail that will travel via the USPS when it gets here to the states, apparently.

no way to tell. i ordered a cell phone cover from china and it got to utah in 4 days. i couldn't believe it. but another package took about 3 weeks. i would think that would be more like the norm. it's only been a week, so give another week at least, then maybe email them and ask if they have a tracking number of some kind. just to let them know you haven't forgotten about them. hope you paid with a credit card so maybe you can get your money back if things go wrong. good luck.

transit time isn't the only variable. it will also have to clear customs. if the company has a bad reputation for shipping contraband items, it will sit at customs until physically inspected. i have a customer that orders and pays for next day FedEx. his packages normally takes a week or more to arrive because Australian customs is very big on 100% physical inspection, no matter how backlogged they may get.

Whats the cheapest way to travel from Pittsburgh PA to Harrisburg?
I need to get from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg (ideally Selinsgrove, Lewisburg ... north of Harrisbugh) in a few weekends. I'll take a bus, train, whatever. I obviously don't have a car, and I can't rent one. Suggestions?

here are a few... walk hitch a ride share a ride (put ad in paper) find either a friend/family to take you check the bus link on your pc and get ticket prices/availability is this one way or round trip my son took a bus one way from akron ohio to parkersburgh west virginia and it cost him just $57.00 not bad..got on in the morn was in w.v. that afternoon.. zoom

What is the best FM transmitter for a ipod video to travel from Philly to Pittsburgh without static?
I travel out to Pittsburgh a lot and am looking to buy a FM Transmitter for my 30g ipod, but don't know which brands are better and which will give me the best signal the whole ride.

I have an Ipod 30g as well and I bought the griffin itrip. I get no static at all, I have radio stations coming from Philly/NYC/Southern Jersey so most FM channels are full, but I still get no static :)
