cheapest way to travel from new york to pittsburgh?
trying to plan a trip to pittsburgh to visit some friends...i don't have access to a car. what would be the cheapest way to get there, bus, train or plane?

Check amtrak.com greyhound.com and kayak.com The answer will vary absed on when you want to go, and how much time you want to invest. Kayak is a search engine that searches all of the major airline ticket sites at once. Put in your favorite NY airport and select "include nearby airports" and it will search the whole area

i would just fly b/c it's most convenient. there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. just go here: http://bookme.com/flights.php and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money.
